Email or call to correct any problem & or get a return approval code before returning.
Simply return the item(s) in its original condition (including all original packaging) within 10 days of receipt of your order.
Place item(s) in the original shipping carton, or any kind of packaging that protects the item
(i.e.: padded envelope, box). Only items that can be re-sold will be refunded.
Include a copy of the invoice and, to help us serve you better, indicate on the front of the invoice the reason you are returning the item(s) (i.e.: incorrect item or damaged in shipping). This is very important to do.
Mark on the out side of the package very clearly. Item for return no value. This is most important to do.

A refund will be issued, excluding actual shipping and handling fees, within 5 business days of receiving your returned order. If you fail to comply with the above extra clearances charges may be deducted from your refund amount. Return postage fees are only refunded if the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds are issued against the same credit card number you used to pay for the original order. If the order was paid by money order, a refund cheque will be issued and mailed out within seven days.
